Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–4 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships. - Please note the initial lead time for this first run is 4 weeks.

Shipping Times
Shipping typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.

Please note: delays can happen during peak seasons or due to carrier issues.

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your shipping location and order size.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow it every step of the way.

Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order. Skallywag Life is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is delayed or appears lost, reach out and we’ll help you track it down. Once it leaves our hands, shipping carriers are responsible for delivery, but we’ll do what we can to assist.

Return & Exchange Policy

We stand behind what we make. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.

Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All original tags must be attached

Non-Returnable Items

  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Worn or damaged items not due to a defect

Exchanges
Need a different size? No problem. Reach out and we’ll help you get the right fit.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we’ll take care of it.

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Processing Time
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Fit Note
Our men’s tees are an athletic cut. If you prefer a looser fit, we recommend sizing up.
